This site (ontable.fr) is published by OnTable. For any question about your data, write to contact@ontable.fr.
We only collect your data when you send it to us yourself: by filling in the quote form (name, phone, email, type of establishment, chosen plan, message), or by contacting us via WhatsApp, Telegram or email. No data is collected simply by browsing the site.
This information is used solely to answer your request. It is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties beyond the technical delivery of your message.
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering a commercial request you send us voluntarily (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). No automated decision is made from this data.
This site sets no cookies. Only your display preference (light/dark mode) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — it stays on your device and is never sent to us.
The quote form is delivered through an email-routing provider (Web3Forms), which may process this data outside the European Union. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, you leave ontable.fr and those exchanges are governed by the privacy policies of Meta (WhatsApp) and Telegram respectively.
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your commercial request (12 months at most if no follow-up), then deleted.
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by simply emailing contact@ontable.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights are not being respected.
